As new public reviews land on Google, our models score sentiment and break each one down by food, service, price, ambience, cleanliness, and wait time, surface the complaints and praise behind the stars, and flag the patterns that need an operator's attention.
The output is the part operators tell us they actually need: an AI narrative brief — weekly on Standard, daily on Pro — that prioritizes what to do next, plus reply drafts written in the reviewer's own language and alerts the moment a rating drops, sentiment slips, or a suspicious burst of reviews appears.
