How is pricing decided?+
By the number of venues in your organization. Free and Standard cover a single venue, Pro covers up to 6, and Chain is a custom plan for larger groups. You move up a tier only when you add venues.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. Your reviews are already on Google. We watch them for you — you just log in to read what we found and act on it.
How accurate are the AI reply drafts?+
Drafts are written in the reviewer's original language and are always a starting point — you review and edit before posting. Most get sent with only a small tweak to name or tone.
What if my venue isn't in your catalog?+
We cover the visible F&B venues in Baku. If yours is missing, sign up and we'll add it — usually the same day.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
Do you sell my data?+
Never. Review data comes from public Google Maps listings and stays inside your account. We don't sell it or share what your venue is tracking.
Which currency do you bill in?+
Azerbaijani Manat (₼) by default for Baku customers. USD is available on request for chains and international groups.
