Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of Plov Index at plovindex.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using Plov Index on behalf of a venue or company, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for that business.
What Plov Index is
Plov Index aggregates public Google Maps data — place details and reviews — for food & beverage venues in Baku, and turns it into AI insights, summaries, and suggested actions for the owner. It's a decision-support tool: it helps you read the story behind your reviews instead of going through them one by one.
Accounts and eligibility
You need a working email to sign up, and we'll verify it before your account is active. You must be at least 18 and using Plov Index for a real venue you own or manage. Keep your password secure — one person per login — and if your venue has a team, each member should have their own account.
You're responsible for activity under your account. If you think it's been compromised, change your password (which signs out other devices) or email us at [email protected].
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Plov Index app. The underlying Google review text is public, but our derived fields — analysis, sentiment, themes, briefs, and drafts — are not.
- Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its outputs as your own product.
- Don't use the platform to harass reviewers, expose personal information about them, or target competitors' staff.
- Don't use AI drafts to deceive — they're a starting point, not a way to fake reviews or impersonate guests.
- Don't attempt to defeat rate limits, break authentication, or probe the system for vulnerabilities without coordinating with us first.
AI-generated insights
Insights, summaries, and reply drafts are generated by AI and provided “as is.” They are not professional, legal, or business advice. AI can be wrong or incomplete — review every output before you act on it, especially before posting a reply to a customer. You are responsible for anything you publish based on what you see here.
Where the data comes from
The venue data and reviews in Plov Index originate from public Google Maps data via the Google Maps Platform. That data may contain inaccuracies, may lag behind reality, or may change without notice. We don't control it and don't guarantee it's complete or current.
Intellectual property
Plov Index — the software, design, and the analysis and outputs we generate — belongs to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own venues while your account is active. Your account data and venue claims remain yours.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Billing is not live yet. When we introduce paid plans, pricing will be based on the number of venues and billed in Azerbaijani manat (₼). We'll show pricing clearly at /pricing before you commit to anything.
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be billed for the next one.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Plov Index is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time — see the privacy policy for what gets removed. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the acceptable-use rules above. If we end your account for a reason that isn't a breach, we'll refund any unused portion of a paid plan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When a change is meaningful, we'll update the date at the top and notify signed-in users before it takes effect. Continuing to use Plov Index after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes that can't be resolved amicably are submitted to the courts of Baku.
