Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers one venue at ₼0 — the live overview dashboard with today's rating, review volume, and momentum, plus your recent reviews with AI sentiment. Upgrade when historical trends, the AI narrative brief, anomaly alerts, and reply drafts start paying for themselves.
How does pricing work?
Pricing scales with how many venues you track. Free is one venue at ₼0; Standard is one venue at ₼49/mo; Pro covers up to five venues at ₼199/mo; Chain is for six or more venues at a custom price. Everything bills in Azerbaijani Manat (₼). See the full breakdown.
Do I need a credit card to try Plov Index?
No. During beta we don't take cards at all — upgrades are toggled in-app and we'll handle billing manually with the first cohort of paying customers.
Can I switch plans whenever I want?
Up and down between Free, Standard, and Pro is self-serve from Plan & billing. Chain is admin-assigned because it bundles onboarding, custom alert handling, and a dedicated point of contact.
What happens to my claimed venues if I downgrade?
We won't silently drop your venues. If your new plan doesn't cover the number of claims you currently hold, the downgrade is blocked with a list of venues to release first.
What the product does
What does the AI actually tell me?
For every venue you get AI sentiment plus per-aspect scores — food, service, price, ambience, cleanliness, and wait time — and a “what guests say” view that surfaces your top complaints and praises with the verbatim quotes behind them. On top of that sits the AI narrative brief: what to fix, what to celebrate, and a prioritized list of actions.
How do alerts work?
We automatically watch for rating drops, sentiment drops, review-volume spikes or drops, emerging complaint patterns, and reviewer bombing, then deliver them by email and in-app. Standard gets a daily digest; Pro and Chain are notified within minutes.
Can it help me reply to reviews?
Yes. AI reply drafts are written in the reviewer's own language and the tone you choose. You always read and edit the draft before posting — nothing publishes on its own.
Can I track more than one venue?
Yes. Pro covers up to five venues and Chain handles six or more, with brand-level rollups across the group. You can add manager accounts and assign each manager to the specific venues they run.
Can I export or share the data?
Yes — export reviews and their derived signals to CSV, or generate a branded portfolio PDF to send to partners and investors.
Data and coverage
Where do the reviews come from?
Public Google reviews, refreshed automatically on a per-venue cadence tuned to how busy the venue is. We add sentiment and aspect scores on top of the original text — we don't rewrite or edit it.
Is my venue already in the catalog?
Probably — we currently track 4,300+ F&B venues in Baku. Try the search box on the homepage. If it's missing, email [email protected] and we'll add it.
How often is the data refreshed?
Adaptive — busier venues are polled more often, quiet ones less. Most venues see a refresh at least once a day. The live counter at the top of the homepage shows reviews processed in the last hour, in real time.
How far back can I see trends?
Historical trends cover the last 30 and 90 days for both rating and sentiment, with daily snapshots so you can see exactly when something moved. There's also a monthly insight summary per venue.
Privacy and data handling
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't share account data with advertisers and we don't sell the review intelligence we generate. Full details in our privacy policy.
Where is my data stored?
Hetzner Cloud (Nuremberg, Germany) for the application and Postgres database. Nightly encrypted backups go to AWS S3 in
eu-central-1 with 30-day retention. No data leaves the EU.Account
I didn't get my verification email — what now?
Check spam first. If it's really not there, sign in on /login and we'll send a fresh verification link. Tokens are valid for 24 hours.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we'll remove your account row and cascade through sessions, tokens, and claims. Public review data about venues is not user-specific and stays in the catalog.
